Rates are based on Double Occupancy (2 persons) *Rates are quoted on 2 persons. Additional persons and children 11 years or older add $25/night. Children 10 years old and under add $15/night. Children under 3 years old stay free.

VISA/MC Accepted USVI Hotel Tax is 10%, and is not included in the above rates. Rates are subject to change without notice.

RESERVATIONS:
Reservations may be confirmed with a 50% deposit by MC/Visa, check or money order. Written confirmation will be sent when the deposit is received. The balance is due upon arrival.

CANCELLATIONS:
Deposit is 100% refundable if written cancellation is received prior to 60 days of your arrival. If we receive written notice of cancellation between 60 and 30 days prior to your arrival, we will refund 50% of your deposit. There will be no refund if written notice is not received prior to 30 days of your arrival. There is a $50 cancellation fee and credit card refunds will be assessed a 3.5% bank charge in addition to the $50 cancellation fee.

MINIMUM STAY:
There is a 3 night minimum stay. Any stays of less than 3 nights are subject to a $65.00 cleaning fee.

GROUP RATES:
Ask us about our attractive, affordable group rates. We have eight one bedroom and two studio units at Serendip. You can rent the entire complex to accommodate your next family reunion, a wedding party, a group of scuba divers, a college study group or whatever group you gather together. Call us for details.
